For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.  Rom 3:23

For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord. Rom 6:23

For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. (John 3:16)

Jesus proclaimed “I am the Way, the Truth, and the Life; no man goes to the Father, except through the son. (John 14:6).   So I say to you: Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives; the one who seeks finds; and to the one who knocks, the door will be opened. how much more will your Father in heaven give the Holy Spirit to those who ask him!” (Luke 11)

If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved. “Anyone who believes in him will never be put to shame (rom 10:9-11)

Now, brothers and sisters, I want to remind you of the gospel I preached to you, which you received and on which you have taken your stand. By this gospel you are saved, if you hold firmly to the word I preached to you. Otherwise, you have believed in vain. 1 Corinthians 15:1-2

Mikes Logic>>  If you believe him, you will believe his word to give you the holy spirit to comfort you and guide you.  If you allow him to guide you, you will love and obey him.  If you obey him and love him, you will place him first before all things.  If you place him first, you will want to establish a relationship with him.  If you establish a relationship with him, you will learn to love him and learn to love others as he loves you.  If you obey him, you will confess your sins to him and he will forgive you.  if you believe him, you will entrust yourself to him, and you will have joy and happinness in all things.  If you do all these things, you will be righteous and fit for his kingdom along with others that are like-minded, and you will enjoy hapiness with him and your loved ones for all eternity.  All of this you may have by simply asking. God loves you, won't you love him back?!
