STILL UNDER CONSTRUCTION
GODS 7000 YEAR PLAN – Marriage of the Lamb between Christ and Church (Jews and Gentiles with Christ the head) as in tradition of the Ancient Jewish Wedding to bring unity to all things in heaven and on earth under Christ at the time of fulfillment (eph 5:31-32,eph 1:9, John 14:2-3,matt 25:1-13).
He is coming back for Israel, to set up his new Kingdom. We look forward to new heavens and a new earth where righteousness dwells. This will occur at the end of the tribulation (Jacobs Trouble), when Israel is nearly defeated, only then will Jesus conquer Israel’s aggressors and set up his new kingdom (Rev 21:2-4EZ36:21-29, Amos 9:11-15).
Marriage of the Lamb between Christ and Bride of Christ (Church) as a Rapture/heavenly event as in tradition of the Ancient Jewish Wedding.
He then will come back for Israel as wife of Jehovah (earthly event)
He then to bring unity to all things in heaven and on earth under Christ at the time of fulfillment
I saw the Holy City, the new Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a bride beautifully dressed for her husband . And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying, ' Now the dwelling of God is with men, and he will live with them. They will be his people, and God himself will be with them and be their God. He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away.'
Ancient Jewish Wedding Customs

Marriage of the Lamb (between Christ and church)
|
Father and/or groom together would select the bride. They would approach the girl and her family with invitation for meeting.
|
Father has sent the Holy Spirit to receive a bride for His son, the Lord Jesus. And those 'in Christ' have been chosen by God for this very purpose! (Eph 1:4)
|
A price was agreed upon for the bride (dower/mahr)
|
Jesus paid the ultimate price, his blood.1 Peter 1:18-19. 'For you know that it was not with perishable things such as silver or gold that you were redeemed...but with the precious blood of Christ...'
1 co 6:20 acts 20:28

Covenant (betrothal/ketubah) is made (purchase price paid), although the marriage is now legal and binding, the actual marriage ceremony won’t take place until sometime in the future (typically a year or more). The couple would break bread together and drink wine from the cup to seal the covenant, and they wouldn’t see each other or drink again until the marriage ceremony.
|
Jesus took bread, he broke it and gave it to his disciples, saying, “Take and eat; this is my body.” Then he took a cup, gave it to them, saying, “Drink from it, all of you. This is my blood of the covenant, which is poured out for many for the forgiveness of sins. I tell you, I will not drink from this fruit of the vine from now on until that day when I drink it new with you in my Father’s kingdom.” Matt 26:26-29
|
The groom gives the Bride a bridal gift as a promise of his return
|
We receive the gift of the Holy Spirit of promise to comfort us and guarantee of our inheritance as a daily reminder that our bridegroom will be coming back for us very soon. Eph 1:13-14
|
Groom returns to fathers home to add a room for the couple It could take a year or longer.
|
John 14:1-3 'In my Father's house are many rooms; if it were not so, I would have told you. I am going there to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come back and take you to be with me that you also may be where I am .
|
No one would know the day or hour when the Father would send his son to go get the bride after room built and preparations made.
|
“But about that day or hour no one knows, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father. Matt 24:36 Mark 13:32

|
Sanctification and Consecration of the bride (they are legally married) bride would wear vail and would no longer be available and would act differently more holy for her groom.
The bride would need to go and prepare herself. She would purify herself in a MIKVAH.Bride goes into the water of a mikvah (baptism ritual cleansing) for sanctification, purification, and cleansing so that she would be fit for her husband.
She would need to keep oil lamp trimmed and burning bright. If lamp was out when groom returns, the marriage was called off whether on purpose because bride didn't want to go through with it, or by accident.
|
We are already legally married to Jesus. The ceremony comes after becoming legally married.
The church (bride) needs to Repent and confess sins that they are prepared Matt 25 1-13 2 Cor 11:2 We are to be baptized and sealed with the holy spirit...we are to act differently "led by the holy spirit"
NOTE: “maybe” the blood alone will make us righteous, but matt 25:1-13 and Romans 8 suggests some will not be raised. I am not willing to gamble, and try to live in repentance (turned to God) and daily confession (1john 1:9), such that the lamp be trimmed and burning (matt 25:1-13)
|
Bride prepares for grooms imminent return. Although the bride would not know the day or hour (no cell phones or mail), they would know the season when the groom would be coming soon.
|
But you, brothers and sisters, are not in darkness so that this day should surprise you like a thief. 5 You are all children of the light and children of the day. We do not belong to the night or to the darkness. 6 So then, let us not be like others, who are asleep, but let us be awake and sober. 1 TH 5:4-6
Be prepared with enough oil, and keep watch matt 25:1-13
|
The Groom and groomsmen would go to “harpazo” the bride. The grooms men would go ahead blowing the shofar and screaming, the groom is coming, the groom is coming….The bride would be raised on an Aperion (royal litter) and carried to the Father’s house to the chuppah where the ceremony would take place including the wedding vows would take place and the "lifting of the cup" (drink wine to seal the ceremony).
|
In the middle of the night a cry was heard, BEHOLD the bridegroom is coming, go out to meet him, and they trimmed their lamps and went out to meet him. (matt 25:6-7)
For the Lord himself will come down from heaven, with a loud command, with the voice of the archangel and with the trumpet call of God, and the dead in Christ will rise first. After that, we who are still alive and are left will be harpazo’d (caught up/raptured) together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And so we will be with the Lord forever. 1TH 4 16-17

Lord returns to earth for earthly wife of Jehovah (not heavenly bride of christ)'When Jehovah returns to Israel in millennium blessing, Isaiah 62:4,5 will be fulfilled, as will Isaiah 54:4,5... This is an earthly scene, and must be contrasted with the marriage of the Heavenly bride, the wife of the Lamb.'

Initially the God of Israel came for the Jews, but they denied him. Because of israel’s transgressions, salvation came to the gentiles
Jews are in temporary unbelief for a time so that salvation could be extended to the nations but, just as the “branches” were broken off to allow for the Gentiles to be grafted in, they too can be grafted back in at any time and since they are of the natural root, they will be easily brought back into the olive tree.
The God of Israel (God of the Jews) has now become the God of all nations. The Jews are not permanently Cast off, they are still under covenant. Gentiles have entered a covenant of God through the blood of Yeshua. God made a way for gentiles to come to “HASHEM” without conversion to Judaism. 1co 7:18-20 explains Christians are to be Christians and Jews are to be Jews and in the way which they are called, but both are to serve the one Messiah. The olive tree made room for all those of the nations who would come to believe in the God of Israel and receive a place in the Olam Haba, the World to Come.
The Jewish people are under a covenant relationship with Hashem and always will be. The Lord is not a covenant breaker. He does not replace one covenant with another but He CAN add additional covenants, much like was done with the Abrahamic Covenant by then instituting the Sinai Covenant. The one did not negate the other. It established a relationship specifically with the people of Israel. The Renewed Covenant allows for people among the nations to become of the family of God. ROMANS 11:25-36
Grafted In – Jew and Gentile One in Messiah
Israel IS the rootstock every Christian is grafted into so if you despise her, you despise the apple of God’s eye!
Right now, Jerusalem is the heart of the Jewish people but, according to Revelation, when Yeshua returns there will be a New Jerusalem come out of Heaven that will be where Jew and Gentile alike dwell together with their Messiah in the Messianic Era!
If you are a Christian you worship a Jewish Messiah!
Both, reconciled to HaShem (“The Name” – God). This does not mean you become a Jew! If you are a Jew you don’t become a Gentile! You are to remain, as Paul says in Paul’s Rule in All the Churches, as you were when you were saved. You are grafted in meaning you are together into the root! There is no “conversion”.
You do not have to all of a sudden shed your Jewishness to follow the Jewish Messiah and you do not shed your non-Jewishness and all of a sudden become like a Jew! (Please don’t…if you have a special calling to participate fully in the life and destiny of the Jewish people then please see my article What is a Messianic Gentile so you avoid falling into some wrong teachings and can be under the leadership of a Messianic Rabbi!)
Messiah meets you where you are and who you are!
Being grafted in means we are Jew and Gentile, ONE in Messiah! They are still distinct peoples, with one Lord.
You are part of that olive tree that is Israel because of the grace and mercy of HaShem who no longer makes a distinction between the two regarding salvation, but calls all His children who call upon His name and are redeemed by the blood of His Son, Yeshua HaMashiach, Jesus the Messiah!
For me, it is not important if there were divorces or marriages, but if anyone can point out in scripture I would be interested, but for now, it is of no concern. I am content that Jews and Gentiles in one union with the Messiah. But if anyone wishes a commentary (unknown if scriptural or not… https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=&ved=2ahUKEwiVvt3zk5CBAxUMH0QIHdZUDR4QFnoECA4QAw&url=https%3A%2F%2Ftyndalebulletin.org%2Farticle%2F30380-three-weddings-and-a-divorce-god-s-covenant-with-israel-judah-and-the-church.pdf&usg=AOvVaw1GdwoRanPvoPZI8_sos3Ns&opi=89978449

Mike's note: Most agnostics or non-christians will argue why would God create a plan where so much evil exists. But those that better understand theology would understand that evil and good would need to exist where there is free will. When evil overcomes evil, he started over as in Noah's ark, and in the upcoming rapture before creation of a new heaven and earth. The millinial kingdom (year 2030-3029) will be a more harmonius plan because Truth in Christ will reign, but i believe (i still haven't studied), that free will will still exist, but with less unknowns. There will be eternity after that plan, which i have not yet studied. I just have faith in a perfect God in doing things in a just way, that we as mortals just do not have his understanding.
